Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples (born Aubrey Peeples) is an American actor and singer from the United States. She was best known for portraying Layla Grant on the television drama Nashville (2012) and Claudia Shepard (Sharknado 2013). Her role was as the main character Jerrica Jem Benton in the 2015 movie Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples grew up in Lake Mary Florida by parents Wendy and Ashley. She is the younger sister of Ally. Aubrey was a part of the Orlando Repertory Theatre during her early years. She was the valedictory speech of her class in Lake Mary Preparatory School. Harvard University admitted her, but she had to agree for her admission two times in order for her role at Nashville. Peeples made an appearance In Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011, Grey's Anatomy (2005) as well as Grey's Anatomy (2005). Peeples also played a frequent part in Necessary Rustiness (1991). She appeared in made for television movies Ace Ventura Jr.: Pet Detective (2009) and The Good Mother. In season two, she was a part of Layla Grant in the Nashville drama. Peeples revealed that she has bipolar disorder when she spoke in 2019 with NKD Magazine. Indiewire named Peeples in its list of finest actors under the age of twenty in September 2014.
